1964 Ford Fairlane raises $700,000 for AFF at Barret-Jackson


Steve Davis, President of Barrett-Jackson donated his 1964 Ford Fairlane to the Armed Forces Foundation! On Saturday, September 24, 2011. The Fairlane was auctioned off and raised $700,000 for the AFF.

The Armed Forces Foundation's new book, "Hidden Battles On Unseen Fronts", authored by Foundation President Patricia Driscoll and Foundation Supporter / Author Celia Straus... documents the increasing number of cases of physical and mental/brain trauma such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) among our veterans returning home from the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. As advancements in medical science have allowed more of our soldiers to survive their physical wounds the veteran healthcare community faces many new challenges.
