AFF Partnerships

The Armed Forces Foundation (AFF) is proud to recognize all of our partners who join us in honoring and empowering our service members and their families.

Southwest Airlines

Southwest Airlines is the official airline of the Armed Forces Foundation.

Since 2011 Southwest Airlines has been supporting the AFF by providing flights for service members to participate in a range of programs including the Las Vegas Salute Our Troops trip with Las Vegas Sands Corp., the Troops to the Track program with NASCAR and a range of other therapeutic recreational activities.

NASCAR: Troops to the Track

NASCARThe AFF is proud to be the official military charity of NASCAR with the Troops to the Track program. The Troops to the Track program brings service members and their family members into the thick of trackside action as they meet drivers, tour pit row and get a break from the monotony of hospital life. NASCAR, track owners and Sprint Cup teams helped the AFF take troops to 26 races during the 2012 race season and provide a once-in-a-lifetime experience for wounded service members throughout the country.

Omaha Steaks

The Armed Forces Foundation is proud to partner with Omaha Steaks in their Salute to Veterans initiative. During the months of May and December, Omaha Steaks donated a portion of their sales from selected packages in addition to hosting a number of other events – all of which will benefit the AFF and our programs. For nearly 100 years, Omaha Steaks has been committed to providing exceptional experiences to their family of customers.

NBA Cares

NBA_Cares_MilitaryThe AFF is proud to partner with the NBA Cares Hoops for Troops program for the 2013-2014 season. Hoops for Troops is a year-round initiative led by the NBA, its teams and players to honor and support active-duty and retired military service members and their families. NBA/WNBA teams, players and legends work with all branches of the military in communities across the county to coordinate events and in-arena activities for troops and their families.

Bowtie Cause

BowTie Cause launched in May 2010 as a philanthropic endeavor of Dhani Jones and has since partnered with over 60 different non-profit organizations generating upwards of $350,000. Each design is created to communicate a narrative about the specific organization, which results in increased awareness and an avenue to generate funds. In 2012 BowTie Cause partnered with the Armed Forces Foundation and rolled out a bowtie to correspond with each branch of service.

Ninety-five percent of all donations to AFF go directly to military members and their families. Through this direct financial aid and emotional support the AFF’s proud dedication to our troops helps them get back on their feet and care for their loved ones at home.

Boot Campaign

The Boot Campaign is pleased and honored to work in conjunction with AFF to raise funds to provide long-term wellness solutions for wounded military. A portion of our boot sales combined with AFF special events will bring these needed funds to assist our combat heroes. The Boot Campaign is thankful for the work of the AFF to meet the needs for these servicemen and women and is committed to helping them continue their noteworthy support initiative.
